The Hôtel Boutet, located in the heart of the Bastille district of Paris, was opened in the former headquarters of the Maison Boutet (former exotic wood factory founded at the beginning of the 20th century). The architecture and ornamental details of the façade still make it one of the most beautifully preserved workshops of the Faubourg Saint Antoine.

Under the artistic direction of Bruno Borrione, GAU developed and manufactured 160 custom-made wall lamps for the headboards of the rooms as well as a pair of external steel and ribbed glass lanterns whose traditional sources meet the IP 60 standard.
